Inspection | Commercial Property Inspections
Our Commercial Property Inspectors perform surveys, also known as insurance field inspections, of commercial buildings to determine conditions affecting fire insurance loss costs. From these surveys we provide advisory Loss Costs and Commercial Property Reports. Subscriber may request information not typically addressed in our Reports when they complete an Inspection Application.
Our Commercial Property Reports are available to WSRB Subscribers at no cost, and there are no limits on the number of inspections that can be ordered.
Our Commercial Property Reports include:
- Building Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposures (COPE) information
- Automatic sprinkler grades for commercial installations (see our sprinkler grading requirements)
- Advisory loss costs
- Diagram of the building including nearby hydrant locations and distance to exposures
- Photos of the building, exposing buildings, and substandard building conditions
- Measured square footage
WSRB also offers General Casualty Reports and Custom Reports through our subsidiary, Building Mextrix, Inc (BMI). For more information about these reports, visit our WSRB Property Reports page.
To order an inspection, log in to the "Members" section of the website and click on the "Inspection" tab on the menu bar.
