WSRB Quarterly Newsletter April 2010 WSRB has revised Rule 85. It will be effective on October 1 of this year. The revision is for Basic Group 1 class rating eligibility criteria under Rule 85. This revision has required us to also revise Rule 84 - Oil Distributing Stations Class Rates (Class Codes 1751 and 1752) and the Terrorism Pricing - Federal Backstop Rule in the Terrorism Supplement under Division Five - Fire and Allied Lines Manual.
