Attention. There is a clarification to the December 2009 newsletter article on page 7 which was published in our
e-newsletter notification (The Changing Law: Sprinkler System Update). The 350 square foot requirement for Dance or Music halls refers to the "dance floor or standing area of 350 square feet or larger" rather than the establishment's square foot size. The clarification is now incorporated into the newsletter linked below.
