Important Rule Change--Rule 85: Commercial Lines Rule 85 Basic Group I Class Loss Costs is changing effective October 1, 2010.
Examples of the changes-
·Area is no longer limited to 5,000 square feet for all occupancies. Some classifications with up to 25,000 square feet are eligible for class rating.
·Some occupancies with limited cooking, by definition, can be class rated.
