New on WSRB: WSRB/WIEB Position Papers: We are excited to announce the introduction of a new reference tool, the WSRB/WIEB Position Papers. These are detailed discussions that the Washington Surveying & Rating Bureau (WSRB) and the Washington Insurance Examining Bureau (WIEB) have held when multiple (and differing) interpretations have come to our attention regarding various rules. They will be available on the Members page via the Documents/Request dropdown on the menu bar. video now available: Residential Sprinklers WORK!: The Washington Surveying and Rating Bureau (WSRB) is pleased to have received permission to show portions of a video made by the Orange County Fire Authority. "In 2004, Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) set out to demonstrate a point...residential fire sprinklers save lives." We've started a new section on the Web site, "WSRB Public Education Resources". You will find this under " About Us", on the navigation menu, which will grow to contain videos and WSRB training materials. Rating Question? Ask WSRB: WSRB has a new Web site form to "Ask WSRB" your rating questions and a new ratings help Q&A page located in the Members section. Login, on the navigation menu, go to "Documents/Request", "Ask A Rating Question." Let us know what questions you have and we will provide you with the answer or even help with staff training if you need it.
